Go ahead. Admit it. You’re Chi-Curious.

You should be. The word is out that Qigong and Tai Chi are some of the best exercises if you want a safe, effective and easy way to “Improve Your Balance and Bones, Ease Your Aches and Pains, Strengthen Your Heart, Deepen and Enrich Your Breathing, Sharpen Your Mind, and Enhance Psychological Well-Being and Sleep Quality”.

That’s quite a list, especially considering it’s from the Table of Contents to The Harvard Medical School Guide to Tai Chi.

It’s o.k. You can say it. “Yes. I’m Chi-Curious, but I’m not sure how to get started.” If you said it, then you feel better already, don’t you?

As for getting started, here are a few resources to help you embrace your Chi-curiosity.
